What You’ll Do
- Lead residential installation projects for HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ products, etc.)
- Mentor and support installation helpers to ensure proper techniques and safety practices
- Perform system start‑ups, testing, and commissioning to confirm optimal performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Ensure all installations comply with code, manufacturer specs, and company standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth workflows
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to train/mentor helpers
- EPA Certification required
- Strong understanding of installation best practices and system diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- A positive attitude, high integrity, and commitment to quality
