Position Overview
The HVAC Sales Representative is responsible for conducting in‑home consultations, assessing customer needs, presenting HVAC solutions, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and skilled at building trust with homeowners while delivering a high‑quality sales experience.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous in‑home sales experience (HVAC strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to close sales in a residential setting
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable explaining technical information to homeowners clearly and confidently
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and organized
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑home HVAC consultations with residential customers
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Present pricing, financing options, and system benefits clearly and professionally
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance goals
- Accurately document customer information and sales activity
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
