As our customer base grows, we’re adding a Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and helping homeowners stay comfortable year‑round.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance, tune‑ups, and system evaluations
  • Provide homeowners with clear explanations and repair options
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and residential code requirements
  • Accurately complete service tickets and maintain organized documentation
  • Maintain a clean and well‑stocked service vehicle
  • Participate in required training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • EPA Certification required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
  • Valid driver’s license - Company requires 21+ yrs old
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
